3. Appointments & Consultations

• Consultations are available by appointment only.

• Any cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

• A nominal consultation fee may apply, which is non-refundable if you cancel late or do not show up.

4. Product Orders & Payments

• All wigs, patches, and hair systems are custom or semi-custom products. Orders must be paid in full before processing.

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit cards.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the hygienic and customized nature of wigs and hair systems, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product is delivered or used.

• In case of a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product for review.

6. Warranty

• Some products may come with a limited warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

• Regular servicing and maintenance can extend the life of your hair system and are highly recommended.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Follow all aftercare and maintenance instructions as advised by our specialists.

• Attend regular maintenance sessions for optimal product performance.

• Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to treatment or fitting.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All personal information shared with ROOTS Hair & Scalp Clinic will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

• We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• ROOTS Hair & Scalp Clinic will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or service outcomes.

• Results may vary from person to person based on individual hair and scalp conditions.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Punjab, Amritsar.

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Amritsar.
