Return Policy
At ROOTS Hair & Scalp Clinic Wigs Centre, customer satisfaction and hygiene safety are our top priorities. We understand that certain situations may require a return, and we are here to help, within the following terms.
1. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made wigs and hair patches

Hair systems that have been used, styled, washed, cut, glued, or altered in any way

Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories
2. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns if:

You received a wrong product

The product was damaged during shipping

There is a clear manufacturing defect.
3. Return Process

Contact us with your Order ID and details of the issue.

Our team will verify and approve the return, if valid.

Once approved, we will arrange the return and issue a replacement.
For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 business days.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect), we will cover the return shipping charges.

In all other cases, the customer must bear the shipping cost.
5. Important Notes

Returns will not be accepted for delays caused by courier services or change of mind.

Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
