At ROOTS Hair & Scalp Clinic Wigs Centre, customer satisfaction and hygiene safety are our top priorities. We understand that certain situations may require a return, and we are here to help, within the following terms.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made wigs and hair patches

• Hair systems that have been used, styled, washed, cut, glued, or altered in any way

• Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories

2. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if:

• You received a wrong product

• The product was damaged during shipping

• There is a clear manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

• Contact us with your Order ID and details of the issue.

• Our team will verify and approve the return, if valid.

• Once approved, we will arrange the return and issue a replacement.

 For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 business days.

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage, defect), we will cover the return shipping charges.

• In all other cases, the customer must bear the shipping cost.

5. Important Notes

• Returns will not be accepted for delays caused by courier services or change of mind.

• Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
