1. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made wigs, hair patches, and medical hair systems are non-refundable once delivered, as they are personalized and hygienic products.

• Products that have been worn, washed, styled, or damaged by misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• A service was charged but not provided due to a verified error on our part.

3. Refund Process

• You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with supporting images or proof.

• Our team will verify the complaint and inform you whether the refund request is approved.

• For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5–7 business days.

4. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after order confirmation

• Delays caused by courier partners or natural causes

• Failure to follow aftercare or maintenance instructions resulting in product damage
